als eine/n von drei unkomplizierten, sauberen und geselligen MitbewohnerInnen (Berufstätige sowie Studenten jeden Alters willkommen), die gerne mal Lust auf ein Glas Wein/Bier haben aber auch gerne Ihre Ruhe und Ihren Freiraum möchten. Gesucht wird eine Person, welche eine längerfristige WG sucht. Dein Zimmer ist ab sofort verfügbar.

Dein Zimmer ist
ca. 17qm gross, modern und mit Parkettboden ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist durch die durchgängigen Fensterfronten über den ganzen Tag hinweg lichtdurchflutet. Dazu gehört ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und WC, welches du Dir mit einem weiteren Mitbewohner teilst. Die Wohnung hat ausserdem einen Balkon mit Südausrichtung sowie ein grosses offenes Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Küche. Mit der Wohnung kommen weiter ein Kellerabteil, Waschmaschine und Tumbler, Trocknungsraum und ein Lift in den 3. Stock, auf dem sich die Wohnung befindet. Im Preis von 950.- ist auch Internet/TV inklusive.

Die Wohnung
liegt direkt am Bahnhof Regensdorf-Watt, abgewandt von den Gleisen. Von der Bahnstation sind der Bahnhof Oerlikon (S6, S21) in 15 Minuten, Zürich HB (S6, S21) und Baden (S6) in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch die ETH Zürich - Campus Hönggerberg ist in 15 Minuten mit Bahn und Bus erreicht. Durch die gute Anbindung nach Oerlikon ist auch der Flughafen schnell zu erreichen. Verschiedene Supermärkte (Coop, Migros, Denner, Aldi) und Services (Coiffeur, Schneiderei) sind in direkter Fussnähe der Wohnung.

Wir sind
Erik, 29, arbeite in Vollzeit als Consultant im Financial Risk Management, und Aline, 27, arbeite im Sport Performance-Bereich. In der Freizeit sind wir gerne unterwegs mit Freunden, treiben Sport oder sind in der Natur unterwegs.

We are looking for you
as one of three uncomplicated, clean and friendly flatmates (professionals and students of all ages welcome) who like to have a glass of wine/beer from time to time but also like to have their own quiet and private space. We are looking for a person who is looking for a long-term flat share. Your room is available from now on.

Your room
is approx. 17 square metres in size, modern and has parquet flooring. The flat has a continuous window frontage on two of the four sides and is therefore flooded with light throughout the day. There are two bathrooms, one with bathtub and WC and the other with shower and WC, one of which you will share with another flatmate. The flat also has a south-facing balcony and a large open-plan living/dining room with kitchen. basement storeroom, washing machine and tumble dryer, drying room and a lift to the 3rd floor, where the flat is located. Internet/TV is also included in the rent price of CHF 950.-.

The flat
is located directly at Regensdorf-Watt railway station, facing away from the tracks. From the railway station you can reach Oerlikon station (S6, S21) in 15 minutes, Zurich main station (S6, S21) and Baden (S6) in 20 minutes. ETH Zurich - Campus Hönggerberg can also be reached in 15 minutes by train and bus. Thanks to the good connection to Oerlikon, the airport can also be reached quickly. Various supermarkets (Coop, Migros, Denner, Aldi) and services (hairdresser, tailor) are within walking distance of the flat.

We are
Erik, 29, working full-time as a consultant in Financial Risk Management, and Aline, 27, working in sport performance industry. In our spare time, we hang out with friends, do sports or one can find us outdoors.
