I’m moving out and renting my room in a lovely flat located at Schullhaustrasse 52, 8002 Zurich (Enge).
The room is about 15–17 sqm, bright, and on the first floor.

Rental Period:
Available from May 1, 2025 until January 2026.
There’s a slight chance for an extension, but the building might be renovated by the city after that.

Rent:
1,050 CHF/month
There will be some additional expenses (e.g. utilities, SERAFE), shared equally between the three flatmates.

About the Flatshare:
You’ll be living with two friendly and easygoing girls in their late twenties. They’re clean, social, and enjoy hanging out together – whether it’s over dinner, a chat, or the occasional glass of wine.
We’re looking for someone around the same age who’s relaxed, tidy, and enjoys a chill, respectful flatshare vibe.
