Ich untervermiete
ab dem 1. Juni 2025
ein Zimmer in meiner Wohnung mit Blick ins Grüne in Wiedikon. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Goldbrunnenplatz und ist damit hervorragend an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden – zusätzlich auch sehr nahe am Uetliberg. Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich eine Bus- und Straßenbahnstation, und im nahen Umkreis gibt es diverse Shops und Restaurants.

Der Zürcher Hauptbahnhof ist mit der Linie 14 in nur 12 Minuten erreichbar. Ein Coop ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, ein Aldi 4 Minuten zu Fuß.

Da mein Freund ab Ende Mai für sechs Monate ins Ausland geht, wären wir zu zweit in der Wohnung. Ich komme ursprünglich aus Österreich, habe vor kurzem mein Studium abgeschlossen und arbeite nun Vollzeit in Zürich. Ich suche eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin, die Wert auf Sauberkeit legt und Nichtraucherin ist. Ich bin sehr offen und kommunikativ, habe Spass an gemeinsamen Aktivitäten, schätze aber genauso Privatsphäre.

Die Wohnung ist – mit Ausnahme eines Bettes für dein Zimmer – vollständig möbliert. Gerne können wir gemeinsam eine passende Lösung für das Bett finden. Einen zusätzlichen Schreibtisch für dein Zimmer habe ich bereits bestellt.

Das Zimmer wird grundsätzlich vom 1. Juni 2025 bis Ende November 2025 vermietet, bei Bedarf ist aber auch ein kürzerer Zeitraum möglich.

I’m subletting a room in my apartment with a view of greenery in Wiedikon starting from June 1, 2025. The apartment is located right at Goldbrunnenplatz and is therefore excellently connected to public transport – and also very close to the Uetliberg. A bus and tram stop is just around the corner, and there are various shops and restaurants in the immediate area.

Zurich’s main train station can be reached in just 12 minutes with tram line 14. A Coop is a 2-minute walk away, and an Aldi is just 5 minutes on foot.

Since my boyfriend is going abroad for six months starting at the end of May, it would just be the two of us in the apartment. I’m originally from Austria, recently finished my studies, and now work full-time in Zurich. I’m looking for a female flatmate who values cleanliness and is a non-smoker. I’m very open and communicative, enjoy doing things together, but also value privacy.

The apartment is fully furnished – with the exception of a bed for your room. I’d be happy to find a suitable solution for the bed together. I’ve already ordered an extra desk for your room.

The room is available from June 1 to the end of November 2025. A shorter rental period is possible if needed.
