Ich bin 36 Jahre alt und ziehe im August in eine charmante 4-Zimmer-Wohnung (ca. 80 m2) mit einem kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf den Spalenberg im Zentrum der Basler Altstadt.

Auch ein ca. 10 Jahre alter Hund wird mit in der Wohnung leben (wie auf den Bildern unschwer zu erkennen)

Gemeinsam genutzte Räume: Küche, Bad, Gästezimmer und Wohnzimmer mit kleinem Balkon

Lage:

\- 5 Minuten zu Fuss zur Universität
\- 7 Minuten bis zum Universitätsspital Basel
\- 5 Gehminuten zum Rhein
\- 15 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof

Miete:
\- CHF1100/Monat für das 10m2 Zimmer
\- oder CHF1000/Monat für das 9m2 Zimmer
\- Drei Monatsmieten Kaution

Zu mir: Ich lege Wert auf Sauberkeit, bin eher ein ruhiger, meist unkomplizierter Typ und geniesse meinen Feierabend gern entspannt

Gesucht wird: Jemand, der ein respektvolles Zusammenleben schätzt und gut mit Hunden zurechtkommt.
