Da ich ausziehe, wird in unserer gemütlichen 2er-WG ein Zimmer frei. Du würdest mit Bettina (33, Ärztin) zusammenwohnen. Sie ist herzlich, humorvoll und unkompliziert. Mit ihr fühlt man sich sofort wohl.

Die Wohnung hat vier Zimmer, darunter auch ein gemeinsam genutztes Büro, das sich ideal zum Arbeiten oder für Homeoffice eignet. Es ist eine angenehme, ausgeglichene WG, in der man sich wohlfühlen und gerne mal plaudern kann oder auch etwas Ruhe für sich hat.

Lage: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Mit dem Velo bist du in etwa 10 Minuten beim Lochergut oder an der Langstrasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut erschlossen, mit dem Tram bist du in rund 15 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.

Die Miete beträgt aktuell mit allen anfallenden Kosten CHF 1'478 (inkl. Nebenkosten, WLAN, TV, Serafe) und wird voraussichtlich ab April um rund CHF 100 günstiger, aufgrund des gesunkenen Referenzzinses.

Gesucht wird eine Person zwischen 25 und 40 Jahren. In der WG werden Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch gesprochen.

As I’m moving out, a room in our cosy 2-person flat share will become available.

You would be sharing the apartment with Bettina (33, doctor) – she’s warm, funny, and easy-going, someone who immediately makes you feel comfortable.

The apartment has four rooms, including a shared office, ideal for working or doing home office. It’s a pleasant and balanced flat share where both friendly chats and quiet time are equally welcome.

Location: Shops and supermarkets are only a few minutes’ walk away. By bike, it takes about 10 minutes to reach Lochergut or Langstrasse. The flat is very well connected – by tram, you reach the main station in around 15 minutes.

The current rent with all costs involved is CHF 1,478 per month (including utilities, Wi-Fi, TV and Serafe). Due to a reduction in the reference interest rate, the rent is expected to decrease by around CHF 100 from April onwards.

We’re looking for someone between 25 and 40 years old. The household speaks German, English, and French.
