Mitbewohner:in gesucht – Kreis 6, Schaffhauserstrasse, Zürich
Wir leben aktuell zu dritt in einer grosszügigen, 105qm grossen, 4,5 Zimmer-Wohnung im
Kreis 6. Als Ersatz für unseren Mitbewohner, suchen wir ein neues WG-Mitglied zum
01.04. oder nach Absprache (15.04. oder 01.05 wäre auch möglich).
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Beckenhof und Schaffhauserplatz; wir freuen uns über kurze
Wege zum Letten, zum HB und zur Innenstadt. Das grösste Zimmer der Wohnung nutzen
wir als gemeinschaftliches Wohn-/Esszimmer; praktisch und schön: es hat einem
grossen, zur Südseite ausgerichteten Balkon. Einen zweiten Balkon hat es an der Küche,
die gross genug für einen kleinen Esstisch ist. Zusätzlich zum Hauptbad gibt es ein
zweites, separates WC. Das frei werdende Zimmer ist kompakte 12qm gross und
unmöbliert. Bei Interesse kann der Kleiderschrank gern übernommen werden.
In der WG wirst Du mit Pascal (31, soziale Arbeit) zusammenleben. Die WG wird neu
aufgestellt, demzufolge wird es viel Spielraum geben, das WG-Leben zu formen.
Das Zusammenleben soll unkompliziert, respektvoll und sozial sein. Wir sind nicht
pingelig, habens jedoch in unseren Bereichen gern gut sortiert. Wir haben keinen
Putzplan; aber die Eigeninitiative funktioniert in der Regel ganz gut. Wenn du Lust hast,
dich ins WG-Leben einzubringen, weder Zweck-WG noch Familienersatz suchst, und
über 25 Jahre alt bist, dann bist du hier richtig. Bei Interesse, schreib gern mit ein paar

Looking for a roommate – Kreis 6, Schaffhauserstrasse, Zurich
We are currently three people living in a spacious 105m², 4.5-room apartment in Kreis 6.
As a replacement for our current roommate, we are looking for a new housemate starting
from April 1st or by arrangement (April 15th or May 1st would also be possible).
The apartment is located between Beckenhof and Schaffhauserplatz; we enjoy short
distances to Letten, the main station (HB), and the city centre.
The largest room of the apartment is used as a communal living/dining room; it's practical
and nice: it has a large south-facing balcony. There is also a second balcony off the
kitchen, which is large enough for a small dining table. In addition to the main bathroom,
there is a separate toilet. The room that will become available is compact, 12m², and
unfurnished. If you're interested, the wardrobe can be taken over.
In the shared flat, you will be living with Pascal (31, social work). The WG (shared flat) is
being restructured, so there will be a lot of room to shape the shared living experience.
The aim of the living situation is to be uncomplicated, respectful, and social. We are not
picky, but we like things to be well organized in our areas. We don't have a cleaning
schedule, but everyone usually takes the initiative. If you're interested in contributing to
the shared flat life, are not looking for a purely functional flatshare or a family replacement,
