About the apartment:
The 2-person apartment on Schaffhauserstrasse 141 is a 3 1/2-room (83m2) apartment with two balconies, a spacious living/dining room, and a modern kitchen.
Since the previous tenant is moving out permanently and would like to leave a wardrobe, a bed, and a desk (+ chair) in the room (as seen in the pictures), these items can be purchased by the new tenant taking over the lease.
A washing machine and a dryer are available in the bathroom, so no laundry room or laundry schedule needs to be considered. I bought a robot vacuum + mop last year, so that takes some time off of normal chores ;)
There is also a private cellar compartment available and the building has an elevator. A parking lot can be rented for 150 CH/month if available.

About your flatmate:
I (Justin, 27) started working at an engineering company at the beginning of last year, with a focus on life science and diagnostics. I enjoy sports (currently training for a triathlon - so let me know if you ever want to go for a run/bike/swim!), board game nights with friends, I play the piano, and sing in a pop choir in Oerlikon. I like to keep the apartment clean and typically prefer quieter evenings rather than loud evenings and parties. I speak German and English and a little bit of French.

About the location:
The apartment is centrally located between central Zurich and Oerlikon, you can reach HB within 10 minutes and the airport within 20 minutes. There is a Coop within walking distance, as well as Migros, Aldi, and Spar, which are only one tram stop away. Kafi Freud is just around the corner and there are several small restaurants in the neighborhood.
