Our family is going to the Caribbean for a Sabbatical between October 1, 2025 and January 31, 2026, We are seeking to sublet our spacious and fully furnished apartment in beautiful Kreis 6 for that period.

The are thinking of renting out the 2 big rooms for CHF 1,150 / month each and on small room for CHF 800 / month. All utilities are included. The apartment is ob the 4th floor. There is no elevator in the house.

The apartment is centrally located with cafes, restaurants, grocery shopping, doctors and public transport within short walking distance.

The property features joint washing / drying facilitates and a common roof terrasse with nice views.

Downtown Zurich is a 20 min walk away or 8 min by tram (line 7 or 10). Zurich airport is only 10 min (by car) or 20 min (by tram) away. The campus Irchel of the ETH can be reached within 5 min (bike) or 10 min (walk)
