About the bedroom

The bedroom is fully furnished with a 1.6-meter bed, a wardrobe, a tall shelf, an electronic standing desk, and chairs.
I also have spare beddings (sheets, pillows, duvets) if you need.


About the apartment

The apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. Most part of the apartment was recently renovated in 2020.
The washer and dryer are in-unit.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and you are welcome to use anything there and have your own space.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can peek at the Zürich lake. If you take the elevator to the building rooftop, there is a spectacular view of the lake and the snowy mountains afar.
There is a private parking space available outdoors.


About location

The nearest train station is “Pfäffikon SZ”, which is a 2-minute bus ride, or 10 minutes walking from the apartment. The fastest train to “Zürich HB” takes 25 minutes. And 5 minutes to “Rapperswil SG”. And you will be closer to all the ski resorts in Chur direction. I found this town quite convenient. For example, wait time to the walk-in clinic is usually less than 10 minutes, compared to ~2 hours in Zürich.


About myself (your flatmate)

I am in my early 30s and I work remotely in the IT industry. I travel a lot, so you won’t see me a lot at home. While I am home, I live in the other bedroom. I speak English/Chinese, and I am still learning German. I like snowboarding, cooking, traveling, and starting to get into bouldering.


About lease term & fees

I will be signing a sublease agreement (Untermietvertrag) with you. The lease term can be between 3 months to 6 months, negotiable. Only one person is allowed, because my lease agreement with the landlord allows max 2 people.
The rent includes all utilities (Electricity, Water, Internet, Heating, etc.).
Deposit equals to 1-month rent and has to be paid at the time of signing, along with the first month’s rent.


About you

I am looking for a responsible person who is mature, easy to communicate with, tidy, and respects the amenities of the apartment. Age and gender do not matter.
Documents I will need from you before I draft the agreement are: ID, proof of income, debt extract, and proof of private liability insurance.
