I am renting out a fully furnished room in a great house in Kilchberg. Perfect for a smooth landing in Zurich with excellent transport links.

About the place:

*
Location:
Only a 6-minute walk to Kilchberg train station. Very quick and easy commute to Zurich HB.
*
Parking:
The house includes a garage and an additional outdoor parking space.
*
Condition:
The room is completely furnished and ready to move in.

Availability & Terms:
The room is available from
November 1st to December 31st (2 months)
. _Please note:_ The initial agreement is strictly for these two months as I might return in January/February. However, if my plans change and I do not return, there is a very good chance that the lease can be converted into a permanent, open-ended contract.

This is a perfect setup if you need a temporary, comfortable place to stay in Zurich, with the bonus potential of a long-term home if things align.
