I am subletting my room while I am away. Apartment is in great location, next to Aldi and 10 min walk to Bahnhof.
There are Ana and Eli in the apartment, both super nice and chill ladies. We all work/study, so we have our own busy lives but in general atmosphere is really nice.
Some basic requirements are cleanliness and respect. Apartment is very quiet as well with nice kitchen and separate toilet and bathroom with bathtub.
There is a direct access to balcony from the room, which is shared with Eli.
We speak English in the apartment, but we are all working on our German. Ana and I communicate in Croatian as well and Eli speaks Greek.

Room is available from 1st of November until 29th of November. It can be rented on a daily or weekly basis, or all available dates from 8th until 29th :)
Daily amount is 75chf.
Weekly is 350chf.
For 2 weeks is 500chf and
the whole three weeks are 650chf.
All bills, insurance and water usage are included.
4-8th of November the room is occupied.
