I am leaving my room and looking for someone to take over my contract.

The apartment is shared with three very friendly flatmates (32M, 26M, 20M) from Poland, Austria and Luxemburg, who work or study in the EPFL area. The room itself is spacious (13 m²), bright with plenty of natural light, and has a large window overlooking the internal garden. The bathroom is shared only with one tenant (26M), who is very clean and respectful.

The apartment also features a fully equipped modern kitchen. In addition, there is a garden with outdoor furniture and extra storage space.

The accommodation is ideal for students, PhD candidates, postdocs, or young professionals, with EPFL just a 5-minute bike ride away. There are also three bus lines (701, 33, and 31) connecting the area to Lausanne, Renens, and Morges.

* Rent: 875 CHF (+ approx. 80 CHF monthly utilities)

* 3 recent salary slips
* Job contract or certificate of studies

* Residence permit
