I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a cozy flatshare starting 1st March (entry date is flexible) next to the bus Station Marcolet . The flat is conveniently located just 15 minutes by bike or 25 minutes by metro from EPFL, and only 5 minutes away from a commercial center. After 3.5 years in this flat, I’m now moving to Bern for an internship.
The Details
• Rent: 712 CHF/month (all charges included).
• Room: Can be taken furnished or unfurnished, based on your preferences.
• Flatmates: You’ll be sharing with three other friendly, clean and respectful students. Even though everyone follows their own schedules, there's often someone in the kitchen to chat with. As this is a student residence (from Schrenens) , you must be enrolled as a bachelor’s or master’s student.
Flat Features
• Spacious living room and kitchen: Includes a large freezer and many cupboards.
• Bathrooms: Two bathrooms in total—you’ll share one with a SV student.
• Terrace on the same floor with a ping pong table
• Extras: Bike storage room, a washing/drying machine in the building, and a shelf for additional storage.
