The location of our apartment is ideal for anybody who likes to be able to get everywhere by foot. The university building Miséricorde is within 15 minutes of walking distance, Pérolles can be reached within 10 minutes by bus. The centre of Fribourg as well as the train station is 10 minutes of walking distance away. There is a supermarket, which can be reached within 5 minutes by foot. If you have a bike, every mentioned destination is easy to get to within 10 minutes.

For our shared apartment, we’re looking for somebody that will rent the room from the first of January 2025 (exact date negotiable, a later date is also possible) until the first of August 2025. Also negotiable (within a certain range) is the prize for the room. The coming semester, there will be Jessica in the apartment who’s studying economics and law, as well as another person that's not quite definitive yet. Jessica is a very heartfelt person that is easy to get along with. She speaks several languages, ranging from German, English and French to Spanish, so communication will not be a problem! We have a set organisation for the cleaning schedule in the apartment, however it is also very easy to address an occurring problem directly within the apartment community. We all get along great and regularly find ourselves talking late into the nights or going on trips together on the weekends, but we also all get our alone time. We are looking for somebody in the range of 18-30 years old to ensure our vibe can match the best :).

The apartment consists of 3 rooms for students, as well as a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. There is also a basement and a top floor section to store things within the house, as well as there’s a shared washing machine. The room being rented is fully furnished and also fully decorated; however, it is possible for me to take down the decoration for the duration of the rent if you so wish. The room is directly connected to our balcony and gets a lot of sunlight during the day. We are looking forward to your application!
