We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely 3-bedroom apartment in Opfikon! The idea is for an initial sublet of 6 months before joining the other two flatmates on the contract with the agency.
The room is bright, spacious (19m²), fully furnished, and part of a modern 106m² apartment just 4 minutes from Opfikon station and 7 minutes from Glattbrugg station – super convenient for getting around Zurich.

The apartment includes:

✔️ Washing machine & dryer
✔️ Two bathrooms (no waiting time)
✔️ A big sunny balcony – great for relaxing or after-work chats

You’ll be sharing with two friendly and easygoing professionals in their mid-to-late 20s:
👨 26, working in private banking
👩 27, working for Swiss Air

We’re ideally looking for someone around the same age who’s tidy, sociable, and respectful.
Minimum stay is one year – we’re looking for someone who wants to feel at home here.

Most of the room’s furniture (bed, wardrobe, mattress, etc.) will stay – I’ll be looking for someone to take it over for a fair price. Only the desk and chair will be removed.
