Only applications if willing to pay furnitures of 1200 CHF

At the beginning of March (01.03.2025), a furnished room in a shared apartment becomes available, the room is 15m2.
The apartment is clean and well looked after by everyone. All shared facilities are at your use. I hope you will fill the gap I will left. On top you get comfortable and quite roommates in their thirties (male x 2, female x 1).
Room rent is 780 CHF (including: water, electricity, Wi-Fi). One month's rent is required as a deposit and at least 10 month contract.
Furniture's purchased in January 2024 (approx. 1500 CHF), and it is required that the next tenant will buy it for 1200 CHF.
