We are looking for a roommate for our new apartment in Adliswil!

We are a couple with a small German Spitz dog. Dominik is Swiss and Rafaela is Brazilian/Portuguese. We are friendly, respectful and easy-going people who enjoy a calm and organized home.

About us

Rafaela : Very tidy and organized, I love keeping the house clean and cozy. I work mostly from home and my workspace will be in the living room (the apartment layout allows good separation of spaces). My hobbies are gaming (PC), art, animals and cute things.
Languages: Portuguese, Spanish and English.

Dominik : Friendly and sociable, enjoys PlayStation gaming and riding his motorcycle.
Languages: German (native Swiss German), French and English.

We spend quite some time at home, so ideally we are looking for someone who works outside the apartment during the day.

🏡 The Apartment
• Moving date: 28.02
• The apartment will be fully furnished ( we also have a robot vacuum cleaner that also mop the ground)
• Kitchen fully equipped with utensils
• The rented room includes:
Queen-size bed with drawers
Bedside table
• Internet and all additional costs are included in the rent
• Small building with only 6 apartments
• Shared laundry (one fixed day per week, very practical since the building is small)
• Iron, ironing board and drying rack available in the apartment
• Additional drying racks in the building laundry room
• Keller storage included
• Garage space available for car, bike or motorcycle if needed

We are pet lovers and happy to accept tenants with animals.
Couples are also welcome (price adjusted accordingly).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept children.
