I am subletting my room for the coming semester. The move-in and move-out dates are flexible and can be discussed:

Move-in: Between February 16 and March 14

Move-out: Between August 31 and September 7

The Room & The Flat The room is approx. 12 m² and comes fully furnished. We live in a 4-person shared flat. Our amenities include:

A shared living room.

A kitchen with a dishwasher.

Laundry: We have our own washing machine directly in our bathroom (a real luxury!), as well as a shared laundry room in the building.

Bathroom: The bathroom is shared by 3 people.

Location & Surroundings The apartment is located in a very quiet part of Oberengstringen. The river Limmat is right nearby – perfect for jogging or swimming in spring and summer. Grocery stores (Coop, Migros) are within easy walking distance.

Connections (Ideal for ETH)

Bus: The stop "Oberengstringen Lanzrain" is just a 5-minute walk away.

ETH Hoenggerberg: Approx. 15 mins by public transport.

ETH Zentrum / Main Station (HB): Approx. 35 mins by public transport or 25 mins by bike.

Flat Life Your future roommates are between 20 and 23 years old. Our flat life is relaxed/easy-going, and we enjoy cooking together every now and then.
