In unserer WG an der Rathausgasse in der Badener Altstadt vermieten wir temporär (Februar/März) ein unmöbliertes Zimmer.
Das Haus verfügt über 4 Stockwerke und bietet für bis zu 4 Bewohner*innen viel Privatsphäre und genügend Platz.
Da wir aktuellen Bewohner*innen teilweise ausfliegen, sind wir auf der Suche nach einer Person, die das Haus an einmaliger Lage, den Charme der Altstadt, und das gesellige aber rücksichtsvolle zusammenleben in einer WG genau so schätzt wie wir.


Hier ein paar Eckdaten:



* Monatsmiete inkl. Nebenkosten: 820.-, inklusive zweiwöchentlicher Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsräume (Küche, Bad, etc.)
* Bezug per 31.1.2026
* Befristet bis Ende März 2026


Einmaliger Standort



* Drei Minuten zu Fuss zum Gleis 1 (Bahnhof Baden)
* Inmitten der wunderschönen Badener Altstadt
* Gleich neben Bäckerei, Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten


Das Haus



* Im EG befindet sich ein separat vermieteter Laden
* Ansonsten gehört das ganze Haus (1.OG bis 4.OG und Dachstock) zur WG
* 1\. OG mit Entrée, Küche, Wohn-/Esszimmer, Waschmaschine und Gäste-WC
* 2\. OG mit zwei Zimmern und Bad/WC
* 3\. OG mit zwei Zimmern und Bad/WC
* 4\. OG mit einem Zimmer, einer kleine Küche, einem unbeheizten Raum und einem kleinen Balkon
* Dachstock mit genügend Platz für alles, was du gerade nicht brauchst.

Our beautiful shared flat on Rathausgasse in Baden's old town is looking for a new temporary (Feb/March) resident. The house has 4 floors and offers plenty of privacy and space for up to 4 residents.
As a current resident is moving out, we are looking for someone who appreciates the house's unique location, the charm of the old town, and the sociable but respectful communal living in a shared flat just as much as we do.


Here are a few key details:



* Monthly rent: 820.-, including all expenses and biweekly cleaning of common space
* Move-in date: January 31st 2026
* Available until end of March 2026


Unique location



* Three minutes' walk to platform 1 (Baden train station)
* In the heart of Baden's beautiful old town
* Right next to bakeries, restaurants, bars, and shopping


The house



* There is a separately rented shop on the ground floor
* Otherwise, the entire house (1st to 4th floors and attic) belongs to the shared flat
* 1st floor with entrance hall, kitchen, living/dining room, washing machine, and guest toilet
* Second floor with two rooms and bathroom/toilet
* Third floor with two rooms and bathroom/toilet
* Fourth floor with one room, a small kitchen, an unheated room, and a small balcony
* Attic with plenty of space for everything you don't need right now.
