Grüezi! I'm Lambo/Babi. I'm 27 years old. I'm Greek. I am Paedagogus/into GastroHospitality.

I have created a WG, which has 4 bedrooms(a person in each room) in Birmensdorf Haslen(in borders with lower Uitikon Waldegg). Just after the end of the Zurich City (Triemli).
Our connections to the city are by B350, B220 (30minutes to HB) or S10(14m to HB). We do have also B201,B215, B235, B236, B245, S5, S14. 3 minutes away is the autoway (west ring). Night buses are available too after Friday's and Saturday's midnight. Or you can travel by bike. It's 20minutes to HB.
It is a ground floor 5.5 rooms(117m² indoor/142m² with terrace) furnished apartment surrounded by forests in a quite area.
Shared part and your room are totally furnished. As entering the apartement has a wardrobe in the hallway for jackets and shoes, in the living room it has a courner couch, an armchair, a dinning table, a piano, a lot of bookshelves with various encyclopedias or history books, and few plants around. Our kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and is fully equipped. Downstairs we have the private cellar and building´s shared washing&dry machine&a huge room to hung your clothes (only 4 apartements use them, so always is available). Our flat has a bathroom with 2 sinks and a bath, and a bathroom with a shower. Also, we have a big terrace with a lounge and a gym with 40kg each dumbell, a weight bench and a horizontal bar, a big garden(300m2), a private spot for motorcycle on the street(belongs to our apartment). Free public parking for cars on the street, that always has free spots, bike parking in the basement. Option of private parking for a vehicle on the basement too(140fr?/month).

We have Denner, Migros, Coop, Volg in the area. A gym, a swimming pool, sauna, 4 tennis courts, basketball, football, 2 volleyball, table tennis and a skate park. Exists Vitaparcours on the top of the hill, too. And thousand of paths to walk to the forest.

Your flatmates will be me and 2 other guys.
Your room will be 10m² private room, frontal, that has a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk. The price is circa 660 fr. in total.

About me:
Lambo, greek, 27y old. I have studied cook and been a nanny too. But, my current goal is to improve my german level to be able to study at UZH. During the remaining hours, I like to go to Swimming Pool and Gym of our area, or joining our own gym, or play basket/table tennis, go for with my flatmate at our area. But, I am into all the sports generally, as hiking, jogging, bike tour, basketball etc. On summer, I like sunbathing at Werdinsel. I like history, opera and generally knowledge.
As a general description, I would say that I am an easy going person, anti-smoker, and very clean.

And ALWAYS i will be around to help you in any question you have, and make our co-living more nice.

2nd Flatmate is 27y old, italian, works as medical engineer and mostly travel but when is here, he likes to go to gym.

3rd is 27y old, balkan, works as cook. He like to use our gym and we play basket or table tennis at our area.

We do not have mandatory activities together, but we create spontaniously nice time.

About the rent: You are charged for the shared part and for the bedroom and the furniture of the flat (included your bedroom) that are provided. Add Internet wifi and the Radio&TV fee. Add, for common stuff(rubbish bags, paper, washing powder, cleaning, etc. Electricity and Water is included in circa.

My wish to WG is having a meaningful co-living, with empathy for each other, and positive energy.

Few of previous flatmates were Russian, French, Italian etc. People who were working on the West Side of the Zurich, or study in ETH, people that like nature, but want to live close to the city. So, I think this flat will be ideal for someone who likes to live in nature or in small town or in a quite area. But, to have an easy and quick access to the city. Fits you if you study in ETH or UZH, or work on west side of City, like Altstetten, Schlieren, Dietikon, Canton Aargau close to Canton Zürich, North side of Knonauamt/Soiliamt. Sb who wants easy access to Autobahn. Some of them , were going to swimming pool&gym, or run in the forest, or play football or hike around.
