Room is looking for a new tenant!

I am renting out a fully furnished room in a very bright and large apartment in Zurich City, close to tram station Kronenstrasse. 3 people in total would be living here; The room is limited until 15.11.2025 with a possibility to be offered another room elsewhere afterwards.

The room includes a double bed, clothes rack, chest of drawers , night table, desk and chair. All bills (water, heating, electricity, gas, internet, Serafe) are included. Cleaning of the common areas two times a month is also included.

Rest of the house: The kitchen is equipped with all dishes, pots & pans, toaster and waterboiler. There are also 2 balconies for common use.

All main shops are close and there are public transport possibilities right next to the apartment that take you into the city in no time. Zurich main train station is less than 5 minutes away and public transport runs from 5 am to close to 1 am during the week.

The cellar has a washing machine and tumbler.

Everything is done with a contract! I use the standard template form from the canton of Zurich.
