12 m² bedroom available : WG Haus am See


Hoi Zäma,

As of September, we will have a bedroom available in our WG “Haus am See” :)

The house is +/- 500-600m² with 2 living rooms, 3 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, a cinema area, a small gym, a sauna, a vegetable garden, a nice terrace, 2 garages, parking spaces, …

It is located in a quiet area, in the center of Pfäffikon ZH (30min from Zurich by train/car) AND 50m from the lake Pfäffikon! https://youtu.be/FkK7qpMVwdA
The house is located in the quiet at in the first line in front of the lake and at 5min from the train station.

The WG is divided into three parts; a family of two adults and two children lives on the first floor. On the groundfloor there is the main WG and an additional apartment (4 + 1 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens).
The rooms are available in the main WG on the ground floor. The small room is available from September until February (fixed dates) and costs 960 CHF.

We are looking for an open-minded and respectful person between 25 and 40 years old. We all come from different countries and speak English. Most of us are fluent in German and French too.
