Das Zimmer ist teilweise möbliert, eine möblierte oder unmöblierte Übergabe ist nach Absprache möglich. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gepflegt und sehr gut gelegen mit idealer Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr sowie Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés. Du würdest mit zwei Mitbewohnern (beide 27) zusammenleben, ein Paar, von denen einer gerade seine Promotion abschließt und der andere ausserhalb der Stadt arbeitet; beide sind sehr freundlich und ordentlich, und die WG hat eine entspannte und saubere Atmosphäre. I am renting my room in a 93.3m² shared apartment at Schaffhauserplatz temporarily, available immediately until September/October with the possibility of extension. The room is partly furnished, a furnished or unfurnished handover is possible by arrangement. The apartment is spacious, well maintained and very well located with ideal connection to public transport as well as proximity to shopping facilities and cafes. You would live with two roommates (both 27), a couple, one of whom is just completing his PhD and the other working outside the city; both are very friendly and tidy, and the shared apartment has a relaxed and clean atmosphere.
