We are looking for a flatmate in a spacious two-foor-flat with a stunning city and Alpine view!

You'll be sharing the flat with Alice (32), working in advertising/marketing and who enjoys running, working out, artistic activities, and travelling, and Lorenz (30), a doctor passionate about travel and sports.


About the flat:

Location


* The flat is part of the Toni areal and therefore located very centrally in district 8005.
* We have our own tram stop (line 4; close to 8, 17), 10 minutes from the HB.
* The Viaduct is 10 minutes walking distance.
* Grocery stores are 5 minutes walking distance.

Amenities


* Well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Washing machine, and dryer.
* The flat also comes with a private cellar, providing extra storage space.

The Room


* The available room is 15m2, sharing a bathroom with Alice. Lorenz has his own bathroom.
