We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our beautiful duplex apartment in Toni-Areal (Kreis 5), ideally from mid-November.

We’re three young professionals aged between 29 and 31, originally from Belgium, France, and Switzerland. We have a great dynamic at home and enjoy a relaxed, friendly, and easy-going atmosphere. Between work, sports, social plans, and travelling, we all lead pretty active lives. At the same time, we enjoy spending time together, whether it’s having dinner, sharing a drink, or just catching up after a busy day.

About the apartment

Our modern duplex is located on the 17th floor and offers incredible panoramic views over Zurich. The apartment features a spacious shared living room, two bathrooms, a loggia, a cellar, and dedicated bike storage.

A professional cleaning service takes care of the common areas every two weeks and is already included in the rent. There’s no deposit required, just an annual insurance fee of CHF 176 per person.

Who we’re looking for

To keep a good balance in the flat, we’d ideally like to welcome a male flatmate. More importantly, we’re looking for someone around our age who shares a similar lifestyle: independent, sociable, considerate, and happy to contribute to a positive WG atmosphere.

We’re not looking for a purely functional flatshare, but rather a place where everyone feels at home, while also respecting each other’s space and independence.
