Es ist eine moderne, kleine Wohnung in Windisch mit grossem Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ländlich aber trotzdem auch sehr zentral gelegen. In 5 Minuten bist du im Wald, in 2 Minuten bei Coop / Migros und in 15 min beim Bahnhof / FHNW.
Dein Zimmer ist 13m2 und du hast ein eigenes, modernes Bad.

Ich (27) arbeite 80% als Lehrperson. Ich bin eine sehr offene, kommunikative Person, welche aber auch Privatsphäre braucht und die anderer respektiert. Ich bin emphatisch, rücksichtsvoll und flexibel. Mir ist es wichtig, dass beide darauf achten, dass ein gutes Zusammenleben funktioniert.

Das Zimmer kann auch gerne temporär gemietet werden. Austauschstudenten der FHNW sind auch sehr willkommen, es ist jedoch nicht möbiliert.

I'm looking for a new roommate from february or later.
It is a modern, small apartment in Windisch with a large balcony.
The apartment is rural but still very centrally located. In 2 minutes you are at Coop / Migros and in 15 minutes at the train station / FHNW.
Your room is 13m2 and you have your own, modern bathroom.

I (27) am working 80% as a teacher. I am a very open, communicative person who also needs privacy and respects that of others. I am empathetic, considerate and flexible. It is important to me that both people make sure that they live well together. :)

The room can also be rented temporary. I am also open to FHNW exchange students.
