I am Majid, a PhD student at ETH in the Physics Department. As my current flatmate is moving out, I am looking for someone to share the flat with. The room will be available from 1st March. The flat is located close to Oberweningen S-Bahn station and has an area of 84 square meters. The rent is CHF 1,070 per month, excluding electricity and Serafe. A deposit of three times the rent is required.
Additionally, CHF 350 is needed to purchase the furniture from the previous flatmate. The flat features:

A balcony with a lovely view of a hill Although the flat is located in a calm and beautiful area slightly outside Zurich, it is still well connected by public transport:
• 22 minutes to Oerlikon
• 30 minutes to Zurich HB
• 35 minutes to Zurich Airport
• 46 minutes to ETH Höngerberg
