From 1st of February to at least august (with option to prolong the lease) I am looking for a replacement for one room in this recently renovated apartment.
The room is fairly big, and has furniture as shown in the pictures with one more Ikea cupboard included in price.
The room has also a balcony which is fairly great. There is a laundry room in the building and dryer room as well.
In the apartment live two other people both studying HSG, one bachelor other masters.
There is one bathroom but two toilets in the apartment.
There is two months rent deposit and the rent is 750CHF including utilities and internet which is gigabit.
In the vicinity are migros and denner
