Room available from 01/05/2025 (flexible date) in a shared apartment until the end of August (31/08/2025). Shorter periods are welcome: minimum stay of 2 months starting May.

I will be leaving my room at the end of April (I could do earlier or later even), and I am looking for someone to take it over. You could do until the end of August.
The apartment is in an amazing location next to the Casino (perfect for gamblers🎰🎰🎰):

\- 7 minutes walk to Markplatz 🚶‍♂️🪩
The apartment is located in front of the Olma Messen bus stop, which is served by numbers 3, 4 and 6. (Address: Alderbergstrasse 6)
About the room:
Huge room (23 squared meters) that comes furnished with whatever you see on the pictures (no additional cost for furniture).

Charges:
The monthly rent is 500 Francs, all inclusive.
You will need to pay a deposit at the beginning of the stay of 750.- which will be given back at the end of your stay.

The apartment has Wifi, a television with streaming providers connected. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The roommates are all HSG students and super chill!
I WOULD PREFER SOMEONE BETWEEN 18 AND 28, PREFERABLY A STUDENT OR A SHORT TERM CONTRACT
