Ab dem 01.08.2024 ist ein Zimmer in unserer WG langfristig verfügbar. Die Wohnung ist für drei Personen und du wirst sie mit zwei HSG-Studierenden (Bachelor und Master) teilen.
Das Zimmer, das frei wird, ist das auf dem Bild.
Die Wohnung ist mit Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Geschirrspüler und WLAN ausgestattet. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner, ein abgeschlossenes Abteil und einen Fahrradabstellplatz.
Die Wohnung liegt eine Gehminute von der Bushaltestelle Schützengarten, 10 Gehminuten von der Universität, 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum und 15 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof (oder 5 Minuten mit dem Bus) entfernt.
Die Miete beträgt CHF 526 pro Monat inklusive WLAN und Nebenkosten der Gemeinschaftsräume im Gebäude. Der Strom in der Wohnung ist nicht inbegriffen und hängt vom Verbrauch ab (im Durchschnitt CHF 15 pro Monat).

From 01.08.2024, a room in our shared apartment will be available. The apartment is for three people and you would share it with two HSG students (Bachelor and Master).
Your room is the one shown in the picture.
The apartment has a living room, kitchen with dishwasher and wifi. The basement has a washing machine, dryer, drying room, locked compartment and bicycle parking.
The apartment is a one-minute walk from the Schützengarten bus stop, a 10-minute walk from the university, a 5-minute walk from the center and a 15-minute walk from the station (or 5 by bus).
Rent is CHF 526 per month including wifi and general ancillary costs of shared spaces in the building. Electricity in the apartment is not included and depends on consumption (on average CHF 15 per month).
