Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in einer WG im Herzen von St. Gallen. Die Wohnung wird mit drei anderen berufstätigen Personen geteilt, die alle etwa 25 Jahre alt sind. Die Lage ist ideal: nur wenige Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle Theater entfernt und 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Marktplatz.

In der Wohnung herrscht eine freundliche und respektvolle Atmosphäre. Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt CHF 480, und die monatlichen Nebenkosten belaufen sich auf ca. CHF 20. Dazu gehört das Internet, das CHF 36 pro Monat kostet und auf die vier Mitbewohner aufgeteilt wird. Die Stromrechnung wird alle zwei Monate bezahlt.

Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet mit Internet, einer Spülmaschine und einer gemeinschaftlich genutzten Waschmaschine sowie einem Trockner. Es gibt zwei voll ausgestattete Badezimmer, sodass du das Bad nur mit einer weiteren Person teilen musst.

Die anderen Mitbewohner sprechen Deutsch, aber auch Englisch, sodass es kein Problem ist, wenn du kein Deutsch sprichst.

The apartment has a friendly and respectful atmosphere. The rent for the room is CHF 480, and monthly expenses are approximately CHF 20. This includes internet, which costs CHF 36 per month and is split evenly between the four tenants, and the electricity bill, which is paid every two months.

The flat is fully equipped with internet, a dishwasher, and access to a communal washing machine and dryer. There are two full bathrooms in the apartment, so you'll only be sharing with one other person.
