Ab dem 1. Juli wird in unserer 2er-WG ein möbliertes Zimmer frei, zunächst für mindestens 6 Monate, mit Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung.

Unsere Wohnung liegt ideal, nur 2 Minuten vom See entfernt und ganz in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und Supermarkt. Mit dem Zug bist du in nur 12 Minuten am Zürcher Hauptbahnhof.

Auf ca. 14 m² erwarten dich helle, freundliche Räumlichkeiten, die besonders beim Sonnenaufgang mit ihrem Lichtspiel verzaubern.

Du wirst mit meiner wunderbaren Mitbewohnerin zusammenleben, die 31 Jahre alt, sportlich und stets aktiv ist – sie liebt das Klettern und Fahrradfahren. Unsere WG ist keine Party-WG, sondern ein Ort der Gemütlichkeit, wo ein harmonisches Miteinander im Fokus steht. Gemeinsame Abende mit leckerem Essen und guten Gesprächen gehören für uns einfach dazu.

Wir suchen jemanden, der/die Wert auf ein entspanntes und respektvolles Zusammenleben legt und vielleicht ähnliche Interessen mitbringt.

From July 1st, a furnished room in our 2-person shared apartment will be available for subletting, initially for at least 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Our apartment is ideally located, just 2 minutes from the lake and very close to the train station and supermarket. By train, you can reach Zurich Main Station in only 12 minutes.

The room, approximately 14 m² in size, offers bright and friendly spaces that are especially enchanting during sunrise with their play of light.

You will be living with my wonderful flatmate, who is 31 years old, sporty, and always active—she loves climbing and cycling. Our shared apartment is not a party flat, but rather a cozy place where harmonious living is a priority. Shared dinners and good conversations are simply part of our routine.

We are looking for someone who values relaxed and respectful cohabitation and might share similar interests.
