In einer 4 Zimmer Wohnung vermiete ich (Hauptmieter) ab
01.04.2026
ein Zimmer für Pendler welche für unter der Woche eine günstige und vollausgestattete Bleibe suchen. Aktuell sind wir 3 Mitbewohner in der WG. Da ein Zimmer frei wird suchen wir somit ab April einen neuen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin, optimalerweise berufstätig wie wir.
Das Zimmer wird nur von Montag bis Freitag vermietet!
Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet. Lediglich Bettwäsche muss gebracht werden. Im Haus gibt es auch ein Fitnessraum welcher kostenlos mitbenutzt werden kann.
In a 4 Room Flat, I´m renting out a room to a Weekend commuter beginning form 01 April 2026. Currently we are 3 flatmatesin the flatshare. As a one of us will move out we are looking for a new flatemate (male or female) from beginning of april, ideally working like us.
The room is only for rent from Monday to Friday!
The room comes fully furnished you only need to bring beddings. There is also a Gym room in the house which can be used for free.
