Ich untervemiete eines der Schlafzimmer (siehe Grundriss) und der Rest der Wohnung steht zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Die Untervermietung wäre temporär bis Ende September 2025.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhige Lage mit viel Natur und schöner Aussicht (direkt am Homberg gelegen). 30 min bis Zürich HB mit ÖV.

I sublease one of the bedrooms (see floor plan) and the remaining part of the apartment is for shared use. The sublease contract would be temporary until the end of September 2025.
The apartment is located in a quiet location with a lot of nature and a beautiful view (right next to the Homberg).
30 minutes to Zurich main station using public transport.
