I am subrenting room in my apartment for August (perhaps also September is possible, but I can confirm around 10th of August only).

Internet, water, electricity, and heating are included in the price of 850CHF.

Me:
32 y.o female working as a software engineer, mostly from home.
You:
20 - 40 y.o, preferably working from office, speaking english.
What's important for me is that our routine and views are aligned, e.g., no noise at all after 11 pm, respect to each other, keeping the common area clean.
