I'm looking for a subtenant for my shared room in Effretikon.
The 3-person shared apartment is located almost directly at the bus stop. My roommates (couple 28 and 32) travel a lot, but also enjoy cozy evenings together. They have a sweet young cat.
The room is approx. 16 m2 in size, not furnished.
The rent for is 900.-. incl WIFI and all utilities.
The whole apartment is very bright.
There are a total of four rooms (3 bedrooms, 1 living, 1 dining room), 1 kitchen and a balcony, bathroom with bathtub, dishwasher, etc. The washing machine is in the basement, as is a bicycle storage room.
The shared apartment is very well connected, various shops (Migros, Denner, kiosk, pharmacy, Coop, etc.) are nearby.
By public transport it takes about 15 minutes to Zurich main station
