Hi, I'm Thierry (30M) looking for a new flatmate starting from August 1st.
The apartment is completely furnished and all utilities are included in the rent.

The apartment is the upper unit of a two-story house; a family of four (no infants) lives downstairs. Bus line 749 (runs mornings and late afternoons) stops right outside. The Hofwiesen stop for line 748 is an 8 minute walk away, and Dietlikon train station is a 20 min walk.

About me: I'm a PhD student in microbiology, I like to do outdoor sports, taking care of my chilli plants, gaming, eating good food (primarily vegetarian and spicy), and just chilling. I’m generally calm, with a tendency for joking around and not taking life too seriously. Sociable, most of the time :)

About you: you’re 25+ and a kind, respectful person who likes the idea of occasionally hanging out, cooking, or chilling together. You care about keeping the apartment clean and respecting the quiet neighborhood. You’d also be willing to babysit my chilli plants now and then. Ideally, you're looking to move in August and stay for at least a year.
