The house is a huge mansion with many spacious areas and i'm leaving for a long winter break (4-5 months).

We have a huge garden, many balconies and terraces, a sauna, homegym, an attic, 6 bathrooms, 2.5 kitchens, various spaces for homeoffice and hangout, a chimney for cozy winter days, a garage, private parking lot, ALDI is just in front of our door and the connection to Zurich HB for example takes door to door less than 15 min with Tram + Sbahn.

The room
My room is located in the EG in the center, with direct access to the garden and bbq area (probably less used in winter), has 2 toilets close and a shared bathroom with 1 person.
All furniture would stay, so you have a spacious 1.80m bed, a wardrobe, a desk + monitor for homeoffice and lots of plants and nice lighting.

The flatmates are international, respectful, all working in various industries and very passionate. You will live in a house full of energy, art projects, technical projects (we just got 2 3D printers and discovering light mapping for example). During the time its rented there is one big house event planned which is highly recommended to join - but aside of that no daily/weekly partys if youre concerned living with so many people.
As the house is so huge you can be alone or with people without disturbing anyone.

(If you like the house and cosider something not temporary, there is a room upstairs getting free around the time i'm back from my trip)

We expect you to be clean in the shared areas like kitchen and respect that after 10/11 pm on weekdays to be mindful about noise.
Location is great, 15min to HB, 18min to Airport, Glatt Zentrum, Jumbo and other supermarkets / malls are all within walkable distance, theres also a proper gym within 4-5min walking distance for 50 CHF / month.

Washing Room includes washing machine and dryer and lot of space
Cleaning Lady 2x per month is included in the rent
