Möbliertes WG-Zimmer zur Untermiete in Wallisellen (01.11.2026 - 09.01.2026)


Wir suchen eine(n) temporäre(n) Untermieter(in) für unsere 3-er Wohnung in Wallisellen. Das Zimmer ist ca. 9 m² gross, möbliert und ab dem 01. November 2026 bis zum 09. Januar 2027 verfügbar.


Zimmer und Wohnung:

_Bitte beachten_: Vermietet wird das gezeigte Schlafzimmer mit der folgenden Möblierung: ein 140cm Bett (inklusive Bettwäsche falls erwünscht) und Schrank. Zur Verfügung steht eventuell auch noch eine Kommode. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen dir eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer sowie ein Balkon zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Keller- und Estrichabteil für extra Stauraum.

Im Keller befinden sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Tumbler (Bezahlung per Karte: ca. CHF 1.50 pro Waschgang und ca. CHF 4 fürs tumblern) mit Trocknungsraum.


Kosten:


* Anzahlung von einer Monatsmiete bevor Antritt des Mietverhältnisses. Die Anzahlung wird nach Ende des Mietverhältnisses zurückerstattet.
* Miete: CHF 653.65 pro Monat (inkl. WLAN in den Monaten November und Dezember)
* Nebenkosten: werden alle 3 Monate abgerechnet und zu 1/3 von dir bezahlt für jene Zeitperiode, die du in der Wohnung verbringst
* Da das Mietverhältnis Mitte Januar endet, muss für den Januar nur die Hälfte der Miete überwiesen werden (CHF 319)



Weitere wichtige Informationen

Die Wohnung wird per 15.0.1.2027 aufgelöst. Daher ist es nicht möglich, den Vertrag über den 09.01.2027 zu verlängern. Falls du für eine kürzere Zeitdauer am Zimmer interessiert bist, darfst du dich trotzdem gerne bei uns melden!


Mitbewohnerinnen

Die beiden anderen Untermieterinnen sind weiblich und Mitte zwanzig.

Furnished bed room in Wallisellen (01.11.2026 - 09.01.2026)


We are looking for a temporary subtenant for one of the bedrooms in our 3-people apartment. The room is around 9 m² big, furnished and available from 01. November 2026 until 09. Januar 2027.


Room and Apartment:

_Important_: We are renting out the shown room with the following furniture: a 140cm bed (with bedding if needed) and a wardrobe. Potentially, there is also a dresser available. Otherwise, you are free to use a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony. Additionally, a basement and attic compartment are available for storage use.

In the basement, a washing machine and a tumbler are available, which need to be paid by a special card (around 1.50CHF per washing and 4CHF for drying). The basement also has a room for drying clothes.


Costs:


* A security deposit of 1 month's worth of rent before starting the tenancy. The deposit will be paid back after the tenancy has ended.
* Rent: CHF 653.65 per month (including WLAN during November and December)
* Additional costs: every 3 months we get an additional bill for electricity. This needs to be paid 1/3 by you for the period that you spend in the apartment
* As the contract ends in the middle of January, only half of the rent needs to be paid in January (319 CHF)



Other important information

The contract of the apartment will be terminated by the 15.01.2027. Thus, it is not possible to extend the contract beyond the 09.01.2027. If you are interested in the room for a shorter period of time, please feel free to contact us.

The two other people living in the flat are female and in their mid-twenties.
