A 11.6 m² room is available from 16 November 2026 in a 3.5-room apartment in Bassersdorf. The apartment has a spacious shared living (with fireplace as well) and dining area, a kitchen, a very big balcony, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The bedroom will be completely empty and unfurnished when you move in. The furniture and personal belongings shown in the bedroom photo are not included. The shared areas will be furnished, although they appear empty in the photos.

I’m then moving into the apartment myself, so we’ll be starting a new flatshare together. I’m looking for someone who would enjoy making it a comfortable, welcoming home with me — a space we both enjoy spending time in and can add our own personal touches to.

I’m 26yo and my interests are mostly creative, especially music and hands-on projects. I particularly enjoy working on guitars.

I also love cooking and sharing food. I value a clean, cosy home where we can enjoy a meal together while respecting each other’s space and independence.

I’m looking for an independent person with experience living in shared flats, who values a respectful and easy-going atmosphere. I’d like us both to take care of our shared space and feel at home, with room for shared moments as well as our own routines and privacy.

Rent: CHF 1,090 per month, including service charges (Nebenkosten).
Deposit: Three months’ rent — CHF 3,255 (we can consider SwissKaution as well)
Move-in date: 16 November 2026.
Bedroom: 11.6 m², unfurnished.
Shared areas: Furnished.
Optional parking space: CHF 130 per month.
