Grosszügiges WG-Zimmer mit Balkon in Kloten

Ein
ca. 18 m² grosses, unmöbliertes Zimmer
wird in unserer 3er-WG in Kloten frei.

Ein besonderes Highlight des Zimmers ist der direkte Zugang zum Balkon. Da der Balkon nur über dieses Zimmer erreichbar ist, kann er praktisch wie ein eigener Balkon genutzt werden.

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca.
80 m² gross
und verfügt neben den drei WG-Zimmern über eine gemeinsame Küche, einen Essbereich, ein Badezimmer sowie ein Kellerabteil.


Miete: CHF 1'000.- pro Monat


Kaution: CHF 1'700.-

Das Zimmer wird zur
Untermiete
vergeben.

Wir möchten keine reine Zweck-WG. Es wäre schön, wenn man sich gut versteht und ab und zu gemeinsam kocht, einen Film schaut oder etwas unternimmt. Gleichzeitig hat natürlich jeder seinen eigenen Alltag und genügend Privatsphäre.


Lage

Die Wohnung ist gut angebunden.
Zürich HB ist in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar
, und mehrere Bushaltestellen befinden sich ungefähr
5 Gehminuten
von der Wohnung entfernt.
Auch für Freizeit und Erholung ist die Lage ideal: Das
Schwimmbad ist nur ca. 200 Meter entfernt
, und der Wald für Spaziergänge oder zum Joggen ist ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.
Für den täglichen Einkauf befinden sich
Aldi, Migros, Denner und Spar
alle ungefähr
10 Gehminuten
entfernt.


Parkplatz

Bei Bedarf kann bei der Verwaltung ein
Tiefgaragenplatz für ca. CHF 150.- pro Monat

One of the highlights of the room is its direct access to the balcony. Since the balcony can only be accessed through this room, it can practically be used like a private balcony.

The apartment is approximately

We would like the flat to be more than just a place where everyone lives separately. It would be nice to get along well and occasionally cook together, watch a movie or do something together. At the same time, everyone naturally has their own daily life and plenty of privacy.

The apartment is well connected.
Zurich Main Station can be reached in approximately 20 minutes
, and several bus stops are around
5 minutes' walk
from the apartment.
The location is also ideal for leisure and relaxation: the
swimming pool is only around 200 metres away
, and the forest for walking or jogging can also be reached within just a few minutes on foot.
For everyday shopping,
