As of now I am looking for a roommate!

The room is unfurnished, well lit

-kitchen has an oven and a dishwasher

-ground floor, shared washing machine, storage space, small balcony

-closest bus station is kegelgässchen
-close to a lovely park and the river

My idea is to find a long term roommate to share the flat and live with plenty of space.
