1st room : 13,2m2 first floor, access to a shared balcony, 500CHF

2nd room : 13m2 in the basement, extremely calm, 360CHF

We are 12 people sharing this wonderful place and we like to live together.
We are lucky to have a Sauna, a big garden, a ping pong table, a fire place, a pizza oven,… and adorable chickens 🐓!

The house is big : 2 leaving rooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 WC, 2 kitchens. There’s enough space for everyone to have its own.
It’s an old house. We are looking for people who are willing to share as well some reparation days, garden days,.. but also dinners and evenings playing games or chilling outside. We like to try our best to share beautiful moments together. We need people who will appreciate to be part of this adventure.

1mn from Glattbrugg Zentrum bus stop,
10mn walking to Tram 10
10mn walking to train stations Opfikon and Glattbrugg,
5mn with the bus to the Airport,
20mn from the house door to HB
Extra : 10mn walking from the house is a cute village with a view and a big forest for nice walks in nature.
