Küche und Bad sind zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Uitikon ist ein Niedrigsteuerort und umgeben von Natur. Ein Parkplatz kann eventuell gemietet werden. Bushaltestellen sind etwa 200 Meter entfernt. Die S10 Richtung Zürich ist etwa 15 min. zu Fuss oder 10 Busminuten entfernt. Migros, Coop und Post sin in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zudem gibt es rund herum Natur, Wiesen, Flüsse und einen Wald. Looking for a nice, respectful, professionally active and tidy person to share my furnished flat with. The room is basically unfurnished (16 qm).

Uitikon is a small tax favourable village and surrounded by beautiful nature. Uetliberg is nearby. Several bus stations are within walking distance. There is also a train station closeby. Supermarkets Migros, Coop and Völkl are also available.
