Room for Rent in Zollikerberg – Available from April 1st.


I have a room for rent in my flat in Zollikerberg and I am looking for a
female roommate starting April 1st
. As I have two cats, being a cat lover is a must :)

* The flat is located in Zollikerberg, approximately
15 minutes by train from Zürich Stadelhofen
and
20 minutes from Zürich HB
.
* The room is
around 12 m²
and can be rented
furnished
(as shown in the picture – the furniture can be bought from my current roommate for CHF 250) or
unfurnished
.
* The flat is quite spacious and has a
bright kitchen and dining area, a bathroom, and a living room
for shared use. In the basement, there are
two laundry rooms available for use without fixed laundry days
.
* Ideally, I am looking for a
student or young professional
. I am someone who enjoys having my own space and peace, but I also appreciate sharing dinner or watching a movie together from time to time.
* A parking space in front of the house can be rented for an extra 60CHF fee.
