A furnished room (36 m2) in a shared flat with 4 other young women (students) will be available from now on to the end of December. The house also offers a communal area with kitchen, a coominty zone and a beautiful garden for shared. And you can rent a parking space, if you wish.

In addition to the rent, there is an extra CHF 107 for electricity, internet, Serafe fees, room furnishings and general furnishings, cleaning supplies, and cleaning of the common areas (bathroom, kitchen) once a week.

The Limmat is just a 3-minute walk away - perfect for swimming or relaxing. Unterengstringen is quiet and green, yet only 30 minutes by public transport from Zurich main station.
