LESEN HILFT : Urbaner Komfort mit naturnaher Ruhe: Unterhalb vom Tierspital und in der Nähe der Universität Irchel vermiete ich ein WG- Zimmer in meiner grosszügigen, luxuriösen Eigentumswohnung an Tagesbericht Berufstätigen Untermieter mit geregelten Arbeitszeiten ( ohne Schichtdienst ) oder Studenten mindestens 1 Jahr , nur Nichtraucher und Einzelperson ( kein Paar ). Das Wohn / Esszimmer, die Küche und das Badezimmer werden mit einer weiblichen Mitbewohnerin geteilt und sind voll ausgestattet. Meine Wohnung überzeugt durch folgende Merkmale: Ruhige und sonnige Lage, grosszügiger Grundriss, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Modernes Badezimmer mit Closomat, sep.Dusche , Sep. WC , Bodenheizung, Grosszügige Terasse, Lift im Haus vorhanden. Des Weiteren sind 2 Waschküchen mit einer Waschmaschine, einem Tumbler und Wäschetrockner und ein abgeschlossener Velokeller vorhanden. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Sehr guter Anschluss an die ÖV ( Tramstation 3 Gehminuten, Busstation 5 Gehminuten, 20 Fahrminuten zum Hauptbahnhof, 5 Min zum Bahnhof Oerlikon, 10 Fahrminuten zum Flughafen, ETH- Fahrminuten, Universität Irchel - 15 Gehminuten. Der nahegelegene Irchel und vis- a- via Wald bieten sich perfekt für Freizeitaktivitäten. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe . Aussenparkplätze sind vorhanden. Der Mietzins beträgt CHF 1300.- inkl. NB .Zusätzlich fallen CHF 15.- für die Fernseh -und Radiogebühren an. Die Stromrechnung erfolgt quartalsweise und nach Gebrauch und wird zur Hälfte vom Mietbewohner bezahlt. Dazu kommen noch kleine Haushaltkosten. Ich suche eine zuverlässige, mitdenkende, pflichtbewusste und sehr ordentliche Person, NR, die sich gerne mit mir austauscht aber auch ihre Ruhe schätzt. Below the animal hospital and near the university of Irchel I am renting a 16 m2 room in my spacious and luxurious condominium to a single and professionaly employed subtenant with regular daytime hours ( no shift work ) or student( no couple, no smokers ) at least 1 year. The living room, the kitchen and the bathroom are shared with a female roommate and fully equiped. My apartment impress with the following features: Quiet and sunny location, elevator available in the house, spacious floor plan, kitchen with dishwasher, modern bathroom with closomat( hygiene shower intergrated), sep. toilet, underfloor heating. There are 2 laundry maschine, tumbler, laundry dryer as well as a locked bicycle cellar. Pets not allowed. The apartment is located in a convenient area with a very good public transport connections and nearby amenities: Tram station 3 min by walk, Bus station 5 min by walk, 5 min by bus to Oerlikon train station, 10 min by train to the airport, 20 min by tram to the main train station, 15 min by tram to ETH, 15 min by walk to the university Irchel. The rents is CHF 1300 incl.utilities with an additional CHF 15.- for TV and radio reception fees. The electricity bill is billed quartely and based on usage and the future flatmate will cover half of the bill. Also there will be small household costs.
