I’m looking for a flatmate to share my 3.5-room apartment at Berninaplatz.

The apartment consists of my room, your room, plus a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room (+ small balcony). The area is very convenient: supermarkets such as Spar, Migros, Coop City, as well as a pharmacy, post office, bakery, and even a gelateria are all nearby.

The room comes with some furniture that can be purchased if desired. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished (including furniture, kitchenware, etc.).

About me: My name is Cristina (33) and I work in Marketing/Advertising for a company in Zurich. I’m originally from Ticino, so Italian is my mother tongue. I also speak German, Swiss German, English, Spanish, and French – so communication should not be an issue. :)

Who I’m looking for: I’d love to share the apartment with someone in my age who is calm, tidy, and clean, with a lifestyle similar to mine: not overly sedentary, with a stable job, and an active social circle. Other values that matter to me in a flatmate are: • Respect for shared spaces • Reliability and responsibility (e.g., paying rent on time) • Open communication • Consideration for each other’s routines and quiet times

The apartment is available starting October 1st, 2025, or alternatively November 1st, 2025.
