Welcome to our cozy 4.5-room apartment! Ideally located between Milchbuck and Berninaplatz, the apartment features a bright and spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a south-east-facing balcony. Your room is located on the east side of the building—perfect for those who like bright mornings. The size of the room is approximately 18m² and comes with a little private balcony. The bathroom will be shared with one flatmate. The room is furnished with a small double bed, an office desk, and 2 closets that will give you enough storage space.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with Nathalie and Bastien, who enjoy spending time outdoors (hiking, skiing, cycling, going out for drinks…) as well as cozy movie nights and dinners at home. We love hanging out together occasionally but also respect each other’s personal space. It’s a great place to call home, offering a comfortable and social living environment. The apartment is well-connected, with trams 7, 9, 10, and 14 just a short walk away, as well as buses towards Hardbrücke and ETH. A convenience store and pharmacy are just around the corner, and Oerlikon center is a 10-minute walk away. We’re looking for a young professional who is social, tidy, and enjoys the outdoors. Ideally, you don’t smoke.
