We are looking for an additional flatmate, working, in their late 20s/ early 30s.

The flat is very beautiful, 5th floor (with elevator) with a huge terrace and common living area with 180 degree view on the sky & on Uetliberg. We have wooden floors with floor heating, many windows, a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bathrooms (1 bath tup and 1 shower) and a washing machine & a dryer in our flat. The S10 goes 3 mins from our door to HB in less than 10 mins, trams, busses, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. are also close by.

"Nebenkosten" includes:
\- SERAFE (TV/ Radio)
\- Internet
\- Insurance
\- Electricity
\- Cleaning Lady (every 2nd week)
\- Small puffer (e.g. for Züri Säcke, etc., will be paid out at move-out if any access)

There is the option to take over furniture (different than on foto) and moving in date is around beginning of December.
